Jar Jar could be perfect Darth Plagues. Naboo is a planet of Palpatine, and maybe the place, where his master was killed during sleep. Imagine Plageus preparing low intelligence creature for essence or soul transfer (Sidious used it in Expanded universe to take bodies of clones and other sentient creature), using force precognition and help his former apprentice to destroy republic, Jedi order, waiting til Anakin and Sidious practically kill each other, and then establish renewed rule of two with new aprentice, maybe Skywalker descendant. It would even work with newest "trilogy ". Imagine Plagues manipulating Luke to attack Ben Solo, at the same time manipulating future Kylo Ren into darkness, so the new jedi order would fall quickly. He could manipulate and help with escapev a.k.a Mary Sue or Granddaughter of Sidious as definitive weapon of destruction. At the same time, Plageus could help Sidious to restore without his aprentice knowing it, in order to destroy New Republic, Luke, Han Solo , Leya and rebellion. Imagine Plagues, as the Emperor from Swtor, was creating new empire for 50 years, at the same time manipulating Palpatine, Jedi, Republic to destroy each other again and again until entire Galaxy is way too exhausted to resist after several civil wars. Would be fun for him to manipulate Juzhan wong war, as it happened in EU, to make things even worse. Would be fun, if Plageus himself would be someone like Vitiate, who lost against the Old Republic, and actually put Entire Rule of Two into motion to eventually get absolute power. As much as I love the "Darth Jar-Jar", I strongly believe, that though it was not officially implemented... I can definitely see him having been strong in the force and guided the entire way BY the force, thus his clumsiness was just him trying to keep his feet under him the entire way. But again, I still like him being a skilled and deceptive Force User as well and hiding his Force Sensitivity from those around him. But I can also see him being a little bit clumsy as well, and as part of the deception just played on that and exaggerated it to keep his "cover"...

To be clear, if Jar Jar was a sith, he wouldn’t be called Darth Jar Jar since the sith name is usually Darth (evil synonym). The only exception was Maul after in the Clone Wars and Rebels but he never learned of his real name.
